I host one hour long in-person journal experiences that provide a safe, playful, vulnerable space to practice the art of journaling with the intention of better understanding yourself, your desires and what is important to you.

Insights Discovery facilitation

Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool based on Jungian psychology, which uses a four-color model to highlight key personality preferences and associated behaviors. The tool is hugely popular within businesses and can be used for individual performance development or wider team development. Reach out to book a 1:1 session or to discuss a team facilitation. 

1:1 mindset / leadership coaching

I follow my intuition to call out what is hiding underneath your words. We'll work together to uncover new perspectives, get you connected to what you truly want, and create a plan to get there.

jewelry creation

One of my favorite pastimes is stringing together gorgeous gemstones to create a piece of jewelry that is not only beautiful but that also stands for something. 

I created collections with two intentions: to amplify something in your life and to advocate and donate proceeds to world-changing organizations.

learning and inclusion leader

I work as a leader of a Boston based biotech's learning and inclusion function, with the goal of fostering a growth minded, inclusive, vibrant culture and employee experience by creating opportunities for learning that STICK.

I am always looking to connect with fellow learning and development and diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging leaders - I'd love to hear from you and am always down to grab a coffee in the city!

group coaching

I work with small groups to deepen learnings and expand perspectives. Each small group coaching co-hort session has 1-2 individuals that are coached in front of the group to maximize learning. These are very vulnerable, intimate and transformative spaces.
