SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to any orders shipped within the U.S.

SHIPPING
Most orders will ship within 1-3 Business Days; however, at times certain items are in high demand and will unfortunately take additional time. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days, and 7-21 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during the holidays, this time may vary.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please leave a message in the comments section of your order.

RETURNS
If you are not thrilled with your recently purchased jewelry, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges with two weeks from the time your order was received. We accept returns for a store credit or full refund (less shipping) to the original form of payment. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
To return an item, please email us at jessica@jessicavincetic.com with “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” in the subject line. Be sure to package your repair in secure packaging and mail it to us via USPS or any other insured delivery service. Jessica Vincetic Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in transit.

REPAIRS & RESTRINGING
Jessica Vincetic Jewelry pieces are strung on a strong high-tech polymer stretch cord, which makes them very durable. However, should your piece break due to manufacturer defect, we offer one complementary repair on all jewelry purchased within 14 days. After 14 days, we will gladly repair your design for a small fee (Bracelets: $10+).
We do not offer repairs on jewelry that is not made by Jessica Vincetic Jewelry.

If one of your Jessica Vincetic Jewelry pieces requires a repair, please email us at jessica@jessicavincetic.com with “REPAIR” in the subject line. We ask that you ship all jewelry in secure packaging and mail it to us via USPS or any other insured delivery service. Jessica Vincetic Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in transit.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your repair has been received. Please note that repairs and restrings require 2-3 weeks for completion. Expedited services are available upon request for an additional fee.
